1. Pulled Pork Buns - ultimate comfort food for the whole family
Our own easy-peesie way to produce super soft and delicious pulled pork recipe.

Save time and energy using our Voodoo Soul Carolina Pulled Pork Rub - a traditional rub used in the Carolinas, in 'pit style' barbeques.

Directions:
1. Slice some biodynamic brown onions and scatter onto an oven tray
2. Pour in a cup of your liquid of choice, whether it be, broth, wine, or a combination!
3. Slather our Bangalow Pork Shoulder with some organic cold pressed olive oil
4. Generously shake on the Voodoo Soul Carolina Pulled Pork Rub, cover the shoulder and gently massage into the meat
5. Lay the pork on top of the onions and cover tightly with foil
6. Put the whole dish into the oven at 160 degrees C for at least 4 hours until it falls apart using a fork
7. Well done. Pop open a bottle of Krinklewood Shiraz 2016 and relax!

You then have a choice to go with your cupboard range of mustard, & sauces or you Be the Boss and make your own BBQ sauce.. you can reduce those cooking juices left at the bottle of the dish with some maple syrup and splash of apple cider vinegar to make a lip-smacking BBQ sauce!

By this stage the pork shoulder should already be yielding to your awesome kitchen might, so get to work with a pair of forks and shred that masterpiece...

Mix in your Boss homemade BBQ sauce, scoop the pulled pork onto any of our Healthybake Organic Sourdough breads, and balance that meaty mouthful with the crunch and acidity of Kehoe's Sauerkraut - Fennel, Garlic, & Red Cabbage).

Oh, and don' forget to sip your wine in between bites!

2. Cauliflower Steaks with Ginger Tempeh & Broccoli Florets
For those of you enjoying a more plant-based diet, have a crack at making organic cauliflower steaks!

Served with a side of stir-fried Tempeh and Broccoli, this combo will even have the little ones eating their greens!

Directions:
1. Slice our organic cauliflower into approximate 1-inch thick steaks
Heat a pan on medium-high heat with a couple of tablespoons of organic cold-pressed olive oil
2. Sea the steaks on both sides until they are caramelised with a beautful golden crust
3. Continue to pan-fry (medium heat), or place your pan into the oven (around 180 degrees should do) until you can easily pierce the cauliflower with a knife.
(Pro-Tip: Consider using the Voodoo Soul - Deeper Shade of Soul Rub as a quick and easy seasoning before pan-searing the Cauliflower steak - It's when lemon zest, oregano, white pepper, and garlic powder meet to create the most delicious combination of flavors)

For Stir Fried Tempeh:
1. Cut or break your organic broccoli into florets and boil in water for just over a minute, then drain
2. Heat a pan or wok on high heat with a couple of tablespoons of organic cold pressed olive oil, stir fry the Ginger & Tamari Tempeh until steaming hot
3. Add Broccoli florets, and season to taste
4. Transfer to a plate and garnish with a sprinkling or organic seasme seeds

(Pro tip: Boil the water in a kettle to save time; use your wok as your vessel to blanch the broccoli; pour out entire contents into a strainer/colander in the sink; Reheat the same wok until dry, and then ad your oil!)

Crack open a bottle of Krinklewood Wild White 2017 - and reward yourself being a total Boss in the kitchen this weekend!
