Great Southern Lamb racks are pure grass fed, and are the highest grade lamb available in Australia, and typically only found available in 5 star restaurants. Soft, mild tasting and super tender.

  • Ideally roasted low and slow in the oven, these are a show stopper at your next dinner party. Serve as half a rack per person or cut into individual cutlets and serve..ofcourse chewing on the bones is always acceptable.
  • These is high grade lamb and only need some light pink salt seasoning before roasting, however depending on taste you can get quite adventurous to marinade etc..
  • It has been MSA Graded - this means it is the highest grade Australian lamb.
  • It is pure grass fed with a milder taste, and soft and tender.
  • Ideally roast, or cut into cutlets for the BBQ or pan grill.
  • The lamb racks are frenched (meat remove from between the bones) and have cap off ( a fat layer than normally sits on top is removed).
  • We are importing this lamb ourselves and sourcing directly from Great Southern Lamb. 
  • Rack itaken from the ribs of the lamb. When cut individually, they are called cutlets.
