Wild King Salmon from Alaska has the purest and most abundant form of Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) and Omega 6 fats, a critical fat needed by the body and the brain, and which cannot be made by the body.

Portions ranges between 90g to 260g, each individually packed.

 

       

 

This shipment was received from Alaska fresh, we have processed it here and frozen it to be available until Alaska King Salmon is available in June 2019.

King Salmon from Alaska is exceptionally rare in 2018, with very little being allowed to be caught to ensure the sustainability of the species for generations to come. The fish are physically counted using Sonar technology to ensure enough salmon reach the spawning grounds.

Wild King Salmon is considered to be one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.

King Salmon is prized for its exceptionally high oil content, succulent texture and rich flavour, this luxury fish literally melts in your mouth. Also known as Chinook, this fish is the largest of the three species and boasts the highest oil content of the three species. 

Portions will be skin on and trimmed and be packaged in a vacuum packed bag.

This is fresh premium wild salmon from Alaska straight from fishing boats in the Prince William Sound and Bristol Bay area - graded within the USA framework as Grade A. All certificates are available on request.

Eating suggestions: the quality of this salmon means you only need to cook simply, pan fry lightly for a few minutes on each side, most people like to crisp up the skin side first. Serve with light seasoning of salt and pepper to your taste. Enjoy!!

Storage of your wild salmon: keep fresh in your refrigerator in an air tight container or wrapping, if not consuming with 3 days please freeze down your salmon which can remain frozen for 3 months. If your salmon is vacuum packed it can last up to 8 months in the freezer.
