With plentiful rainfall and a temperate climate, South Gippsland is Australia's most prized environment for producing superior quality beef & lamb.
Shane Blundy and his family have made this amazing product available for the first time outside of local farmers markets in Australia. No pesticides, artificial fertilisers, hormones or antibiotics are used, instead they follow organic farming principles. Biodynamic organic methods have been in use since 1988. The family farm is fully sustainable and pure. It also receives more than 40 inches of pure rainfall each year making the grass pasture lush and delivering animals the highest levels of nutrients and minerals.
