Refund/Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your order on receipt of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number, image of your received goods along with the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please also advise whether you are happy for a replacement to be delivered to you (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with the original packaging .
We cannot accept products for return/exchange that have been tampered with or partially used.
Kindly note that all orders delivered are to be stored by you between -2°C to 3°C temperature for chilled goods and -5°C and below for frozen goods in order for quality to be maintained.
Once we receive your call/email, we will process your request within 48 hours including arranging re-delivery (if applicable) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
