Krinklewood Winery in Australia produces fine quality wines using biodynamic organic principles - the focus is on the soil quality producing the finest natural flavours to the grapes, no chemicals and no sulphites added.
Deep Crimson in colour. The nose has lashings of beautiful cherries and dark plums. It has a persistent fine bead and is superbly developed, showing richness, softness and a delicate yeast complexity
This sparkling is made in traditional French method, whereby the Shiraz juice underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle & was aged on yeast lees for 24 months before riddling & disgorge. It is made from 100% Shiraz fruit & is the first batch to be released of this vintage.Shiraz Vintage: 2017
